Ok apparently waiting for an automated refund is just silly, going back to the reservation confirmation email there is a link to cancel. People on the quakecon forums are reporting it takes about 2-3 days to go through.
Gaylord reservations STILL aren’t ready to rock and roll, so don’t have updated pricing info yet.
I hope its a little cheaper
