July 22nd, 2009You can download it from the server when you connect (I think), or you can grab the vpk file here and put that in your “Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\addons\” folder.
I hear its pretty good.
Alienware L4D Event.
July 21st, 2009In the opening phase of the tournament, August 10th – September 3rd, up to 256 teams will compete in group play matches with up to 8 teams per group. The top team from each group, 32 groups in all, will advance to the double-elimination finals bracket running from September 10th to October 8th.

July 17th, 2009Hey I restarted the server just now to apply the patch, so it should be up and running for anyone who needs to use it.
DWL Server, now with actual working!
July 16th, 2009Read a lot more about the different cvars, and realized sv_searchkey was fucking us. Apparently every client has to have an identical search key to connect.
The trick is for the lobby leader to issue the following into the console
ms_force_dedicated_server “68.232.166.80:27015″
or put that line in your autoexec.cfg – we tried putting it in the config.cfg but steam cloud kept clearing it out!
